Terms of Service

Effective date: June 17, 2026

By downloading and using GoSosh, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not lawyerly. If anything below isn't clear, email don.bonaddio@gmail.com and ask.

What GoSosh is

GoSosh is a personalized social monitoring iOS app. You create cards that track names, topics, or public figures. GoSosh queries publicly available data sources (Google News, YouTube, your configured RSS feeds) and shows you the results, deduped and ranked.

GoSosh does the hard work obtaining and presenting publicly available information about the things you care about.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GoSosh on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement.

Subscription

GoSosh requires an active subscription to track cards. Pricing:

Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start and renew automatically at the plan's price.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Apple handles all billing, renewals, and refund requests. We do not see your payment information.

What you can use GoSosh for

GoSosh queries public data sources and shows you what they return. You agree to use the app for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Third-party content

GoSosh surfaces content from public sources. We don't write that content, we don't endorse it, and we can't guarantee it's accurate or current. Each source is responsible for its own content. If you find something problematic, contact the source directly.

Availability

We try to keep GoSosh working, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs (Google News, YouTube, RSS feeds) change without notice. When they break, results may be temporarily incomplete. We'll work to restore service when this happens but make no specific uptime promise.

Disclaimers

GoSosh is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GoSosh is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date above and surface a notice in the app on next launch. Material changes that affect your subscription will give you a chance to review before they take effect.

Termination

You can stop using GoSosh and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in California.
